SUCCESSFUL NEW BOND ISSUE

Bolloré has successfully completed a 5-year 500 million euro bond issue, with an annual coupon of 2.00%.

The order book of more than 2 billion euros confirmed the confidence of the investors in Bolloré's financial situation, and enabled to finalize the operation with a lower interest rate than the price range initially indicated.

Through this new issue, Bolloré can further diversify its sources of financing and extend the average maturity of its debt.
