Directors Appointment and Resignation
Jonathan Reynolds, BASc (Geology), MAusIMM
Boadicea Resources Ltd (Boadicea) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Jonathan Reynolds as Non-Executive Director of Boadicea effective immediately. Mr Reynolds’ appointment will add significantly to technical strength of Boadicea as it advances the highly prospective Symons Hill nickelcopper prospect in the Fraser Range of Western Australia.
Mr Reynolds is a geologist with over 29 years of exploration and operational experience gained in a broad range of metalliferous and bulk commodities within Australia and overseas. He has held senior positions in a number of large and small scale resource companies which has included Western Mining Corporation’s Western Australian nickel mines in Kambalda. More recently he has provided specialist consulting services to a number of mining based companies including BHP-Billiton and Worley Parsons in commodities such as nickel, copper, uranium, mineral sands, graphite and coal.
His experience spans the spectrum of exploration activity from grass-roots exploration through to resource definition and new project generation and expansion, as well as mine geology, ore resource/reserve generation and new mine development.
Mr Nicholas Kempton has tendered his resignation as a non-executive Director effective immediately due to personal circumstances.
Mr Kempton was a Founding Director of Boadicea having been appointed on 28 February 2011.
The Directors would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr Kempton for his significant contribution over this extended period covering Boadicea’s formation, project selection and for his ongoing geological advice and we wish him well in his future activities.
