Form of proxy for the Annual General Meeting to be held at Unit 3901, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Admiralty, Hong Kong on Tuesday, 22 September 2009 at 10:00 a.m.

To refresh the 10% general limit on grant of options under the share option
scheme of the Company.

To give a general mandate to the board of directors of the Company to allot,
issue and deal with additional shares not exceeding 20% of the issued share
capital of the Company.
6.
To give a general mandate to the board of directors of the Company to
repurchase shares and other securities of the Company.
7.
To extend the general mandate granted to the board of directors of the
Companyto issue additional shares of the Company.

To be valid, this form of proxy, together with the power of attorney or other authority, if any, under which it is signed, or a notarially certified copy of that power or authority must be deposited at the Company’s branch share registrars, Tricor Tengis Limited at 26 Floor, Tesbury Centre, 28 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong not less than 48 hours before the time appointed for the holding of the meeting or any adjourned meeting.

  6. In the case of joint holders of a share, the vote of the person, whether attending in person or by proxy, whose name stands first on the Register of Members of the Company in respect of such share shall be accepted to the exclusion of the vote(s) of the other joint holder(s).

  7. This form of proxy must be signed by you or your attorney duly authorised in writing or, if you are a corporation, must either be executed under seal or under the hand of an officer or attorney duly authorised.

  8. The proxy need not be a member of the Company but must attend the meeting in person to represent you.

  9. Completion and delivery of this form of proxy shall not preclude you from attending and voting in person if you so wish.

  10. Any alteration to this form of proxy must be initialled by the person who signs it.
