On December 31, 2022, Mr. Erick W Rengifo tendered his resignation as a Director and the Chief Strategy Officer of Bit Origin Ltd (the “Company”). Mr. Rengifo’s resignation was not a result of any disagreement with the Company’s operations, policies or procedures.
