RETIREMENT OF DIRECTORS

Dr. Susan Pond and Professor Stephen Locarnini, Non-Executive Directors, have retired as Directors of Biotron Limited ( Biotron ) as of 28 November 2024.

Dr. Pond has been a Director since 7 March 2012 and Professor Locarnini since 23 October 2018. The Board of Biotron would like to thank Dr. Pond and Professor Locarnini for their valuable contribution to the Company during their time as Directors.

In accordance with Listing Rule 3.19A.3, I attach Appendix 3Z, Final Director's Interest Notice, for Dr. Susan Pond and Professor Stephen Locarnini.
