1990 Foundation of the company, with computer motherboard manufacture as its main business. 1997 Purchase of the plant located at Minquan Rd., Xindian Dist. 1998 The shares of the company listed at Taipei Exchange. 1999 The shares of the company listed at Taiwan Stock Exchange. Purchase of the plant located at Beishen Rd., Shenkeng Dist. 2005 Foundation of subsidiary in the U.S. - responsible for the sales in America. 2008 Foundation of subsidiary in Nederland - responsible for the sales in Europe.
