We refer to the announcements dated 4 December 2024, 23 January 2025, 14 March 2025, 4 April 2025, 7 April 2025, 23 April 2025, 25 April 2025, 9 May 2025, 15 May 2025, 4 June 2025, 7 July 2025, 15 August 2025, 18 August 2025, 27 August 2025, 28 August 2025, 10 September 2025, 11 September 2025, 25 September 2025, 22 October 2025, 14 November 2025, 19 January 2026 and 16 March 2026 in relation to the Proposals ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein. On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce the following information in regards to the status of funding for the Acquisitions of SBP Properties: As of to-date, BASB has secured financing for the SBP Balance Purchase Consideration. However, the Acquisitions of SBP Properties remains pending completion as the bank redemption statement for SBP Property 3 ("SBP Property 3 RS") is pending from HAMSB (being the vendor for SBP Property 3). As the financing secured by BASB is in respect of all the SBP Properties (comprising SBP Property 1, SBP Property 2 and SBP Property 3) collectively, the disbursement of the financing by BASB's financier can only occur after the receipt of the SBP Property 3 RS. Taking into consideration the time required for HAMSB to procure the SBP Property 3 RS and processing time for BASB's financier to release the financing for the SBP Balance Purchase Consideration to the SBP Vendors' solicitors as stakeholders, barring any unforeseen circumstances, the Acquisitions of SBP Properties is expected to be completed by 23 June 2026. This announcement is dated 18 March 2026.
