Billerud's nominations committee – change of members

Fredrik Nordström has been elected new member of Billerud's nomination committee.

He represents AMF Pension and replaces PO Nilsson from Prior & Nilsson Fond and Kapitalförvaltning. The change is due to changes in holding of shares in Billerud AB.

Fredrik Nordström is the CEO of AMF Pension Fondförvaltning AB.

The nominations committee has from now the following members:

Michael M.F. Kaufmann, Frapag Vermögensverwaltung (subject of change of names to Frapag Industrieholding), chairman Anders Oscarsson, SEB Fonder and SEB Trygg Liv Fredrik Nordström, AMF pension Fondförvaltning AB

Ingvar Petersson, the chairman of Billerud AB, is the secretary of the nominations committee.
