Bilia — M&A Activity 2018

Bilia has initiated negotiations to acquire a BMW and MINI dealer in Belgium. The dealership includes the companies Verstraeten NV and Gent Store by Verstraeten BVBA. The companies are located in Flandern and have an annual turnover of about SEK 750 M.

A potential deal would increase Bilia's presence in Belgium, which is in line with the growth strategy for Bilia.

We have chosen to disclose information on the ongoing negotiations due to rumours circulating in Belgium. Further information will be provided if the deal is concluded.
