Bilia acquires BMW and MINI dealerships in Germany

Bilia has concluded an agreement to acquire Dörr & Hess, which is a BMW and MINI dealer in Germany. The business is conducted at 4 facilities, which are concentrated north of Frankfurt. The date of possession is planned at the end of October and with economic impact as from 1 October 2015. The annual turnover 2014 for Dörr & Hess was about SEK 540 M and the operating result was SEK 10 M. The business has about 120 employees. The capital employed plus agreed surplus values for Dörr & Hess amount to about SEK 110 M.

Bilia's Managing Director Per Avander comments:
