Bilia acquires BMW workshop in Tønsberg, Norway
Bilia has today concluded a contract for acquisition of a BMW workshop in Tønsberg. The number of employees is 16 and net turnover amounts to approximately SEK 30 M per year. The purchase consideration amounts to about SEK 2 M and the date of possession is 1 November 2013.
The acquisition will be a good complementary today consists of only sales of new and old BMW cars.
