On 25th February 2021, Catherine Vetch, Spouse of Nicholas Vetch, transferred four million shares in the Company to Byways Investment Company Limited, a company which is 100% owned by Mr and Mrs Vetch and their family.
Following this transaction, Mr Vetch and his family's beneficial holding remains at 6,753,458 ordinary shares, representing 3.84% of the Company's issued share capital.
