Big Yellow Group PLC (the 'Company') announces that on 31 March 2016, James Gibson, Executive Director, exercised 2,965 share options maturing from the Company's Save As You Earn Scheme, at an average price of 303.5 pence per share.  These shares will be issued on 4 April 2016.

This increases Mr Gibson's beneficial holding to 2,479,700 ordinary shares, representing 1.58% of the issued share capital.
