In accordance with the UK Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Big Yellow Group PLC (the "Company") advises that at 31 July 2025 the issued share capital of the Company is 196,764,696 ordinary shares with voting rights.  The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
