Pesaro, 20 March 2026 – Biesse S.p.A. ("Biesse" or the "Company"), a company listed on the Euronext STAR Milan segment of Borsa Italiana, following its announcement on 13 March 2026, hereby informs that the Group 2026-2028 Business Plan, approved by the Company's Board of Directors, is available to the public as of today at the Company's registered office, on the Company's website www.biesse.com (Governance and Investors / Financial Documents / Three Years Plan section), as well as on the authorized storage mechanism at the address .
