BHP BILLITON PRICES EUR2,250 MILLION EURO BONDS
BHP Billiton announced today that it has priced a two tranche Euro Bond. This comprises of EUR1,250 million of 4.75% Euro Bonds due April 2012 and EUR1,000 million of 6.375% Euro Bonds due April 2016.
The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
