Sub: Intimation for temporary suspension of operations of office due to pandemic of Novel Coronavirus (COVID19)

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to intimate you that the Company has decided to suspend Operations at all their offices w.e.f. March 23, 2020 to March 31, 2020, to ensure employee safety and contain the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID19).

This action is also in line with the directions issued by the Government of Maharashtra on March 22, 2020.
