Mankayan Project Update

Bezant (AIM: BZT), the copper-gold exploration and development company, has today filed a Form 604 - Notice of change of interest of substantial holder with ASX listed Blackstone Minerals Ltd ("Blackstone").  Bezant's shareholding of Blackstone shares remains at 139,365,650 and the Form 604 has been filed as Blackstone has increased its number of issued shares as result of its AUD22.6M (approximately£10.85m) fundraise for a major drill program at the Mankayan Project - see Bezant's announcement dated 2 July 2025.
