Gordon L. Schooley, Ph.D. resigned as Chief Regulatory Officer of BeyondSpring Inc. (the “Company”), effective as of June 6, 2022. Dr. Schooley’s departure is not the result of any disagreement with the Company or the Company’s Board of Directors on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
