BEWI ASA announces publication of bond prospectus
On 5 September 2025, BEWI ASA announced successful issue of new senior secured
floating rate bonds in an initial amount of EUR 250 million with maturity in
September 2029 (ISIN: SE0025938186) under a total framework of EUR 325 million.
The board of directors of BEWI has prepared a prospectus in connection with the
issue of bonds. The prospectus has been approved and registered by the Swedish
Financial Supervisory Authority (Sw. Finansinspektionen). BEWI has today applied
for listing of the bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm's bond list. Estimated first day of
trading is 10 November 2025.
