BEWI - Sale of shares issued under share option programme, mandatory notifications of trade

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by BEWI ASA (BEWI or the Company)

on 2 March 2022 regarding the exercise of options under the Company's share

option programme.

Pursuant to the sales process conducted by a third party for shares issued upon

the exercise of share options, the following persons discharging managerial

responsibilities (PDMRs) in the Company have sold shares at a price of NOK

61.2633 per share:

Jonas Siljeskär, COO, has sold 50,000 shares. Following the transaction,

Siljeskär holds 124,126 shares and 200,000 options in BEWI ASA.

Petra Brantmark, General Counsel, has sold 25,000 shares. In addition, Petra

Brantmark has transferred 5,952 shares between her personal accounts. Following

the transaction, Brantmark holds 7,202 shares and 100,000 options in BEWI ASA.
