We refer to the Prospectus Supplement of the Company dated December 10, 2020 relating to the qualification of distribution of 2,613,635 units, comprising of one common share and one share purchase warrant of the Company, to be issued upon the deemed exercise of 2,613,635 special warrants for $143,750, comprised of proceeds of $126,250 and debt settlement of $17,500.
