The Company announces that on 24 September 2025 it purchased for cancellation 40,000 of its ordinary shares of 5.6110477936 pence each ("Shares") through Barclays Bank plc, in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 5 September 2025.
