B&B TOOLS strengthens the Board of Directors of Momentum Group operating segment ahead of separate listing on Nasdaq Stockholm

As previously announced, the Board of Directors of B&B TOOLS AB (publ) has decided to commence preparations for a separate listing of the existing Momentum Group operating segment on Nasdaq Stockholm. The aim is to implement the listing during 2017.

In order to further strengthen the Board of Directors of the future Momentum Group AB, a decision has been made to appoint Jörgen Wigh, President & CEO of Lagercrantz Group, as a new Director. In conjunction with this, Jörgen Wigh was also appointed Chairman of the Board.

Accordingly, the Board of Directors of Momentum Group AB now comprises Fredrik Börjesson, Charlotte Hansson, Stefan Hedelius, Johan Sjö, Gunilla Spongh and Chairman Jörgen Wigh.
