Public offering of the shares of Bera Holding A.S. subsidiary Konya Kağıt San.ve Tic.A.S. accomplished in dates of 18-19 November 2021 with ‘’Fixed-Price Offer’’ procedure and public offering results announced by intermediary firm Halk Yatirim Menkul Degerler A.S. in (today) 22 November 2021.

According to results of public offering all the offered shares has been sold within approximately requested 2.5 times the amount allocated to Domestic Individual Investors, 7.6 times the amount allocated to High Applicant Investors, 4.7 times the amount allocated to Domestic Institutional Investors.
