Result of Annual General Meeting

Beowulf (AIM: BEM; Spotlight: BEO), the Nordic focused mineral exploration and development company, held its Annual General Meeting at the offices of BDO LLP, 55 Baker Street, London, W1U 7EY on 28 June, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. (BST).

All six resolutions put to members were passed on a show of hands. Resolutions one to five were passed as ordinary resolutions and resolution six was passed as a special resolution. All proxy votes received in relation to resolutions at the AGM will be available shortly on the Company's website.
