Result of Annual General Meeting

Beowulf (AIM: BEM; Aktietorget: BEO), the mineral exploration and development company, focused on the Kallak magnetite iron ore project and the Åtvidaberg polymetallic exploration licence in Sweden, and its graphite portfolio in Finland, announces that all of the resolutions put forward at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today, as set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 5 June 2017, were approved by shareholders.
