Result of Annual General Meeting

Beowulf (AIM: BEM; Aktietorget: BEO SDB), the mineral exploration and development company focused on the Kallak iron ore project in northern Sweden and its Swedish exploration portfolio, announces that all of the resolutions put forward at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today, as set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 5 June 2015, were unanimously approved by shareholders.
