Result of Annual General Meeting

Beowulf (AIM: BEM; Aktietorget: BEO SDB), the mineral exploration and development company principally focused on the group's Kallak North and Kallak South iron ore deposits in northern Sweden, announces that all of the resolutions put forward at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today, as set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 17 June 2014,were duly approved by shareholders.
