The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (hereinafter, the _quot;Company_quot;) hereby announces that on 25 March2024 they received notices pursuant to Article 19, Sec. 1 of the MARRegulation from:
1) Ms Emilia Rogalewicz, Management Board Member of the Company about asale of 1,200 shares in the Company at PLN 2,628 per share on 21 March2024.
2) Mr Wojciech Szwarc, Management Board Member of the Company about asale of 1,000 shares in the Company at PLN 2,750 per share on 25 March2024.
