Notification of transactions on Company shares received under Art. 19 ofMAR

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (hereinafter, the _quot;Company_quot;) hereby announces that on 19 December2023 they received a notice pursuant to Article 19, Sec. 1 of the MARRegulation from Ms Emilia Rogalewicz, Management Board Member of theCompany about a sale of 300 shares in the Company at PLN 2064 per shareon 18 December 2023.
