Notification of transactions on Company shares received under Art. 19 ofMARThe Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with itsregistered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter, the _quot;Company_quot;) hereby announcesthat on 4 July 2022 they received a notice pursuant to Article 19, Sec.1 of the MAR Regulation from Mr. Bartosz Józefiak, Management BoardMember of the Company about a purchase of:

- 201 shares in the Company at PLN 487.96 per share on 30 June 2022;

- 133 shares in the Company at PLN 512.59 per share on 1 July 2022

- 90 shares in the Company at PLN 539.93 per share on 4 July 2022
