The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (hereinafter, the "Company") hereby announces that on 12 November2021 they received a notice pursuant to Article 19, Sec. 1 of the MARRegulation from Ms Monika Józefiak, a person closely related to persondischarging managerial responsibilities Mr Bartosz Józefiak, ManagementBoard Member of the Company, about purchase of 134 shares in the Companyat PLN 750.00 per share on 10 November 2021.
