Notification of transactions on Company shares received under Art. 19 ofMAR

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (hereinafter, the "Company") hereby announces that on 2 December2020 they received a notice pursuant to Article 19, Sec. 1 of the MARRegulation from James van Bergh, Chairman of the Supervisory Board ofthe Company about selling on 1 December 2020 a total of 10 000 shares ofthe Company at a price of PLN 720.00 per share.
