Benefit Systems S.A. — Capital/Financing Update 2019

TheManagement Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (hereinafter, the "Company"), hereby announces that the Companyreceived annex of ........., 2019, executed by Santander Bank PolskaS.A. with its registered seat in Wrocław (hereinafter, the "Bank"), toagreement of 2 April, 2012, for bank guarantee limit. .

Thesubject-matter of the annex consists, in particular, in a change in theamount of the bank's commitment to provide, acting uponinstruction/order from the customer, guarantee of up to PLN65,000,000.00 over the availability period (which has been extendeduntil 30 May, 2020), of the following guarantee types: guarantee forpayment of all lease liabilities, and lease performance guarantees.

Inconnection with the said annex, the Company is obliged to provide astatement on submission to court enforcement procedure conductedpursuant to Article 777 §1 Item 5) of the Code of Civil Procedure, withthe content as agreed with the Bank.

Apartfrom the above, the said annex contains provisions typical of agreementsof this kind.
