Vesting of Share Incentives/Options for Directors and other Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (together "PDMRs")

Beazley plc ("the Company") announces that on 19 February 2013 the following PDMR exercised and sold nil cost options, which had been awarded on 18 February 2010 under the company's LTIP, and which were available to be exercised.

Following exercise of the option, the average price for the disposal of the ordinary shares of 5 pence each was 210.43p. 

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.
