Vesting of Share Incentives/Options for Directors and other Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (together "PDMRs") & Director/PDMR shareholding

Beazley plc ("the company") announces that the following PDMR has exercised and sold nil cost options, which had been awarded on 5 April 2013 under the company's Marine Share Incentive Plan, and which were available to be exercised.

The Company further announces that on 6 April 2016, Mrs A Crawford-Ingle purchased 8,200 ordinary shares at a price of 351.90p per share, after which Mrs Crawford-Ingle and her connected person/s were interested in 29,050 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.01% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Beazley plc was informed of this transaction on 6 April 2016.
