Beazley plc ("the Company") announces that on 23 March 2016, Mr Adrian Cox sold 5,921 ordinary shares and his spouse Mrs Elaine O'Connor-Cox sold 5,921 ordinary shares at a price of 363.00p per share, after which Mr Cox and his connected person/s were interested in 746,205 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.14% of the issued share capital of the Company.

These notifications were made in accordance with DTR 3.1.
