Beazley plc ("the Company") announces that on 23 February, Mr David Andrew Horton transferred 8,938 shares to his spouse, Mrs Sophie Emma Horton.

At 24 February 2015, Mr Horton and his connected person/s were interested in 1,589,025 shares, representing approximately 0.30% of the issued share capital of the Company.

These notifications were made in accordance with DTR 3.1.
