(b) On April 20, 2016, Alexander Pasiechnik advised BCB Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) and BCB Community Bank (the “Bank”) that he was resigning as a director of both the Company and the Bank, effective immediately. Mr. Pasiechnik had no disagreement with the Company or the Bank that led to his resignation.
