With reference to the current report No. 10/2021 dated 27 May2021, the Management Board of i2 Development S.A. ("Issuer") informs,that during the vote ended on 18 June 2021, the Issuer's SupervisoryBoard gave a positive opinion on the Management Board's recommendationregarding the method of covering the Issuer's net loss for 2020, inwhich the Management Board proposed to cover a net loss of PLN1,724,148.00(in words: one million seven hundred twenty-four thousand one hundredand forty-eight zlotys 00/100) from the Company's supplementary capital.

The final decision on the method ofdistribution of profit is to be made by the Ordinary General Meeting ofthe Issuer convened for June 24, 2021, about which the Issuer informedin the current report No. 11/2021 of 27 May 2021.
