(_quot;Company_quot;), with reference to the current report No. 14/2022 ofApril 8, 2022 on the adoption by the Extraordinary General Meeting ofthe Company of Resolution No. 3 on the withdrawal of the Company'sshares from trading on the regulated market operated by the Warsaw StockExchange (Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A.) ( _quot;WSE_quot;),hereby informs that today, ie on April 8, 2022, the Company submitted anapplication to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority forauthorization to withdraw the Company's shares from trading on theregulated market operated by the WSE.

The application concerns all shares of the Company, i.e. 9,700,000 (say:nine million seven hundred thousand) series A and B shares introduced totrading on the regulated market operated by the WSE and dematerializedand registered in the National Depository for Securities S.A. (_quot;KDPW_quot;),marked by KDPW with the ISIN code: ISIN PLI2DVL00014.
