Change in Board of Directors of Basware

Basware Corporation, stock exchange release, November 12, 2019 at 11:30 am EET Mr. David Bateman, member of the Board since 2016 and chairman of the Audit committee, has resigned from the Board of Directors of Basware as of November 11, 2019, due to commitments to Arrowgrass Capital Partners. “We wish to thank David Bateman for his contribution to Basware”, said Ilkka Sihvo, Chairman of the Board of Directors. After the change, the Board of Directors of Basware has four members. The Board of Directors will nominate and announce the new chairman of the Audit committee at a later date.
