Update on the share buy-back plan

Turin, August 1st, 2016 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 28th, 2016, whose commencement was announced on May 3rd, 2016, BasicNet S.p.A. in the period July 25th and 29th 2016, acquired 20,000 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 5,011,500 treasury shares, equal to 8.22 % of the share capital.
