Update on the share buy-back plan
Turin, August 8th, 2016 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 28th, 2016, whose commencement was announced on May 3rd, 2016, BasicNet S.p.A. in the period August 1st and 5th 2016, acquired 72,600 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 5,084,100 treasury shares, equal to 8.34 % of the share capital.
