Update on the share buy-back plan

Turin, December 12th, 2016 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 28th, 2016, whose commencement was announced on May 3rd, 2016, BasicNet S.p.A. in the period December 5th and 9th 2016, acquired on the MTA 11,500 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 5,408,440 treasury shares, equal to 8.87% of the share capital.
