Update on the share buy-back plan

Turin, December 27th, 2016 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 28th, 2016, whose commencement was announced on May 3rd, 2016, BasicNet S.p.A. in the period December 19th and 23rd 2016, acquired on the MTA 5,900 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 5,420,840 treasury shares, equal to 8.89% of the share capital.
