Update on the share buy-back plan

Turin, May 11, 2015 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilisation programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 27, 2015, whose commencement was announced on May 4, 2015, BasicNet S.p.A. in the period between May 4 and 8, 2015, acquired 22,000 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 4,145,000 treasury shares, equal to 6.796% of the share capital.
