BASICNET: Calendar of Corporate Events 2016

Presented below is the new calendar of corporate events for 2016 as regards the approval by the Board of Directors and by the Shareholders' Meeting:

• 10 February 2016: Board Meeting: to receive and adopt consolidated pre-actuals 2015.
• 18 March 2016: Board Meeting: to receive and adopt the Statutory and Consolidated Financial Statements of the year 2015.
• 28 April 2016: Board Meeting: to receive and adopt 2016 First-Quarter Results.
• 28 April 2016: Shareholders' Meeeting: to receive and approve Annual Reports & Accounts 2015 (Single call).
• 29 July 2016: Board Meeting: to receive and adopt 2016 First-Half Results.
• 28 October 2016: Board Meeting: to receive and adopt 2016 Third-Quarter Results.

Changes, if any, to the Calendar of Corporate Events 2016 will be communicated on a timely basis.
