Extension of the exclusive negotiations between Banco BPM and Cattolica

Milan-Verona, 31 October 2017 – Following the announcements made on October 17, 2017 Banco BPM and Cattolica Assicurazioni announce today that they have mutually extended the exclusivity period until November 9, 2017 in order to finalise the terms of the transaction and the relevant legal documentation.
